Metal Stapling Machine

Specification

The prime reason for the success of this method is the efficiency of wire stapling machines. Wire staplers feed accurately measured lengths of wire directly from a coil...cut and form the wire into staples...then drive the staples through materials at great speed. Legs of the staples penetrate and are clinched as the staple crowns are forced securely against the top surface of the assembly. Speeds up to five staples per second are possible. Thousands of pieces can be fastened before a new coil of wire is needed.
